Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 22, 2026
This is an English translation of our Terms and Conditions, provided for your convenience. The Spanish version is the governing version: if there is any discrepancy between the two, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Who we are
This website and the training programs offered on it are operated by Codingforhealth LLC, located at 3301 N University Dr, Suite 100, Coral Springs, FL 33065. You can contact us at info@codingforhealth.com or at 954-644-2007.
By enrolling in a program or using this website, you agree to these terms.
2. Nature of our programs
Codingforhealth LLC offers professional training programs in medical coding. We do not award academic degrees or issue professional credentials of any kind.
Our programs prepare students for certification exams administered by external organizations, primarily AAPC. The CPC® credential and the other AAPC credentials are awarded exclusively by that organization to those who meet its requirements and pass its exams. Enrolling in our programs does not guarantee passing any exam or obtaining a certification or employment.
3. Enrollment and access
When you complete your enrollment, an account is created in your name on our study platform, linked to the email address you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of that email address and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Access to the program materials lasts 6 months from the start of the corresponding cohort, unless otherwise stated in the description of the program you purchased.
Your account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or distributing the program materials is not permitted.
4. Prices and payment methods
Current prices are those published on this website at the time of purchase. All amounts are expressed in US dollars (USD).
Payments are processed through Stripe. Codingforhealth LLC does not receive, see, or store your card details.
If you choose an installment payment plan, you authorize a down payment at the time of purchase and recurring automatic charges for the amount and number of installments stated in the plan you purchased. Charges are made to the payment method you register. Once the plan's last installment has been collected, charges stop automatically and you keep access to the program for the rest of the contracted period.
If an installment plan is interrupted and the pending installments are not collected, access to the program is suspended. If you are having difficulty completing your payments, contact us before that happens: we look for a solution whenever possible.
5. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel your enrollment and receive a full refund as long as the cancellation occurs before the start date of your cohort and before either of these two conditions is met: (a) you have accessed the course materials or the platform, or (b) we have shipped the printed books included in your program.
Once any of those events occurs (your cohort begins, you access any program material or platform, or the books are shipped), the purchase is non-refundable. Official books and other physical materials are considered delivered from the moment they are shipped.
If you purchased with an installment plan and your cancellation meets the conditions above, you are refunded the amount paid up to that point and no further installments are charged.
To request a cancellation or a refund, email us at info@codingforhealth.com or call us at 954-644-2007 before your cohort begins. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
6. Intellectual property and trademarks
The program content (videos, presentations, exercises, study materials, and assessments) is the property of Codingforhealth LLC or its licensors, and is made available to you solely for your personal use during the contracted access period. Reproducing, distributing, publishing, or reselling it is not permitted.
The CPC®, CRC®, COC®, CPMA®, CPB®, CPPM®, and CPCO® credentials are the property of AAPC. Codingforhealth LLC holds no rights to these credentials. CPT® is a registered trademark of the American Medical Association (AMA). These marks are mentioned for descriptive purposes only.
7. Conduct on the platform
We expect respectful treatment of instructors and fellow students in classes, forums, and any other program space. We reserve the right to suspend access in cases of abusive conduct, credential sharing, or unauthorized distribution of materials.
8. Changes to programs
We may adjust a program's schedule, content, or instructors when necessary to maintain its quality or due to circumstances beyond our control. If a change substantially affects what you purchased, we will let you know.
9. Limitation of liability
Our programs are educational in nature. They do not constitute legal, tax, or regulatory compliance advice for any organization. Coding decisions in a real work environment are the responsibility of the person who makes them and of the organization they work for.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page. If you have any questions about this document, email us at info@codingforhealth.com.
