About Codingforhealth
Codingforhealth is a preparation program for AAPC’s CPC exam, taught in Spanish. Through structured training, hands-on coding exercises, and exam simulations, students build the knowledge, the confidence, and the discipline that sitting for that test demands.
Our programs are designed for people who want to enter the administrative side of healthcare, including students with no prior coding experience, healthcare professionals looking to take on administrative roles, and Spanish-speaking professionals who want to enter the medical coding field in the United States.
Codingforhealth does not issue professional credentials. Our training programs are designed to prepare students for the certification exams administered by nationally recognized credentialing organizations, such as AAPC.

Codingforhealth exists to make professional medical coding education more accessible, more structured, and easier to understand for the Hispanic community in the United States.
Our purpose is to help students coming from different healthcare systems, with different educational backgrounds or limited experience with the U.S. revenue cycle, understand how medical coding works, why it matters, and how to prepare for the credential with clarity and confidence.
We believe education should be practical, ethical, and aligned with what the healthcare field actually expects.
What Codingforhealth offers
Codingforhealth offers training in medical coding, billing, revenue cycle, EHR handling, and risk adjustment, CPC exam preparation, and hands-on learning, in Spanish, for Spanish-speaking students preparing to sit for the exam.
Our training focuses on the key areas needed to understand and apply medical coding, including CPT®, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS Level II, medical terminology, anatomy, documentation review, evaluation and management services, operative reports, and hands-on coding cases.
Through live classes, recorded lessons, study materials, hands-on exercises, and academic support, Codingforhealth helps students build a solid base for credential preparation and long-term professional growth.

Our story
Codingforhealth was founded in 2024 with the goal of helping Spanish-speaking students understand and access the medical coding field in the United States.
It was created by a healthcare professional and certified coder who saw that many Hispanic students were interested in healthcare work and lacked a clear, structured, culturally relevant way into medical coding.
Since it started, Codingforhealth has focused on combining medical knowledge, coding training, and practice on real clinical documentation, so students reach the exam with the judgment that test measures.
