Codingforhealth offers several ways to pay for your program, so you can choose the one that best fits your budget. Available options vary by program.

Payment methods
Codingforhealth accepts several secure payment methods, so you have flexibility:
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna payments are processed by Stripe, and PayPal payments by PayPal. Codingforhealth never receives, sees, or stores your card details.
All amounts are in US dollars (USD).
To reserve your spot in the cohort starting October 14, complete your full payment or your plan's first payment by October 10.

Pay for your program in a single payment by card, Klarna, or PayPal and you save $200. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Weekly payment plans
On some programs you can pay in installments directly with Codingforhealth: a down payment to reserve your spot, and the rest in installments charged automatically to your card.
When you choose a plan, you authorize the down payment at the time of purchase and the plan's installments. After the last installment, charges stop automatically and you keep access to the program for the rest of the contracted period.
If a plan is interrupted and the pending installments cannot be collected, access to the program is suspended. If you are having trouble with your payments, write to us beforehand: we look for a solution whenever possible.
Financing with Klarna and PayPal
Klarna and PayPal offer their own financing so you can pay for your program in monthly installments, for up to 24 months depending on the plan each company offers you. Codingforhealth receives the program paid in full, and you pay your installments to Klarna or PayPal. That is why you also save $200 with financing.

Frequently asked questions
How are Codingforhealth programs delivered?
All programs are online. You study on our platform with lessons, readings, and exercises, and you practice in EHRCode™, a simulated clinical environment. The instructor-led format also includes a live class every week, recorded so you can watch it whenever you want.
What language is the program taught in?
Instruction, classes, and explanations are delivered in Spanish so every concept is easy to follow. At the same time, you work with the English terminology, code sets, and materials used on the CPC® exam and in U.S. medical coding. That way you build the knowledge in your own language while getting familiar with the language you will use on the credential exam.
Do I need to attend anywhere in person?
No. Programs are 100% online, and you can follow them from anywhere with an internet connection.
How do I enroll?
On the program page, click Register, choose your format and payment method, and complete your payment. Once it is confirmed, your classroom account is created and you receive an email to create your password.
Does Codingforhealth award university degrees?
No. Codingforhealth offers preparation programs for AAPC certification exams, such as the CPC exam. We do not award academic degrees or credentials: credentials are awarded by AAPC to those who meet its requirements and pass its exams.
What are my payment options?
You can pay by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or Klarna. If you pay for your program in full by card, Klarna, or PayPal, you save $200. Some programs also let you pay in weekly installments directly with Codingforhealth. All amounts are in US dollars (USD).
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You receive a full refund if you cancel before your cohort's start date, before you access the program's materials or platform, and before any included printed books are shipped. After any of those points, the purchase is non-refundable. If you bought with an installment plan and meet those conditions, we refund what you paid and no further installments are charged.
